What we want you to do
Now is the time to… Go Run…Go Swim…Go Smash it for Glasgow’s Hospice so we can keep on caring for terminally ill people and their families. 2021 is the year we turn Glasgow Gold. And we need you to help us do it. Here’s how… Pick a challenge, get sponsored and be a Glasgow Hospice Gold Champion.
Choose a sport – any sport, but challenge yourself to be the best you can.
- Do 100 keepie-uppies
- Swim 100 lengths
- Run a mile as fast as you can
- Walk a mile everyday for a month
- Climb a Munro
- Do 1000 star jumps.
Or
- Challenge yourself to read a book every day for a year
- Hold a sport-themed tea party
- Have a 24 hour online gaming marathon.
